I am having trouble with the mpr.dll file. I get the
following error Warning: At least one module has an
unresolved import due to a missing export function in a
delay-load dependent module. Is there anyway to fix this
issue

Is there a particular program that brings up this error? A particular time
when it happens?

Is your system up to date with security patches? Is your antivirus up to
date as well? There are several viruses/keyloggers/trojans that try to
utilize mpr.dll to send data to unknown servers. Check the system
thoroughly to eliminate these possibilities.
 
You should open control-panel,ADM.,event viewer,chk for errors/warning
and get more specific info already on youre computer for mpr.dll You shoul
go to the link it gives also for more info.If all that still doesnt give an answer
go to technet at microsoft.com,search,type:.dll error You should get directe
to the on-line .dll/error info utility
