mp3 player

i recently purchased an iriver ifp-390t mp3 player. one of the factors involved in the purchase was that it was supported by windows media player 9.

my problem is, with the mp3 player connected to the usb and recognized by the computer, it is not being recognized by mp9.

any thoughts?
 
Hi, Drivers for WMP are written by iRiver. Have you asked them about it?
