MP3 manager program

I just bought the new MPIO MP3 Player.
I downloaded the MP Manager 2 but can't seem to run the
program.
I keep getting the following results:

"index [0] is out of range [0-0]"

followed by:
microsoft visual C++ runtime library " runtime error:
C:/program files....... abnormal program termination"

PLEASE help.

My ex-wife's daughter has the MPIO FL100. I have found the plug-in for
RealPlayer 10 easier to use.

(Compatible with : DMG, DMG plus, DMK, DME, DMB, DMB plus, FD100, and FL100)
