MP Motherboard

Too many questions for 1 post I am sure! Sorry!
I currently have an ASUS mb, would like to stick with ASUS, but...
1. Is there a MP mother board that has:
a) USB 2.0
b) on-board graphics
c) on-board audio
d) on-board lan
e) takes 3 or 4 gig of Non-registered DDR
f) with also AGP 8 (would it be happy with on-vbaord ATI graphics enable
plus an ATI AIW card for dueal display?)
If not, what would be close?
I am only asking for the moon! Not the stars too!

Thanks for replying and the link.
I had looked there. Unforturnetly, if this is the best Asus has for AMD
MP, Asus it behind the game with an outdated board. Probably is not wortyh
it to Asus to build an up to date MP board, as AMD may end the MP Athlons
with the 2800...?

Have you looked at www.2cpu.com, might give you some other options to
look at.
