Anyone know how to delete a profile in MozBackup? You can create one but
there are no options associated with it so I don't understand it's purpose.
But regardless, now that it's created, how can it be deleted? Google and
fanzine searches turn up nothing. Thanks.

1) Mozbackup does NOT create profiles.

2) Mozbackup creates BACKUP UP's of EXISTING profiles.

If you wish to delete one of these BACK UP files, then find where YOU
decided to put it & delete it in the usual manner.

If you do still don't understand then take your hands OFF the keyboard
right now & back away from the computer. Go get someone who does.

Cheers

I'd like to know too, and also where does MosBackup SAVE the information?

Where *you* have told it to. In my case I save it to a ZIP disc, but
your mileage will vary. I think it offers to save it to (on my XP
machine) C:\Documents and Settings\Default\My Documents\Mozilla 1.7.12
(or whatever version of Moz you're on), followed by the date of saving
(today would be 2006-02-22.pcv).
If it's not there, it may be worth doing a Search for *.pcv (assuming,
of course, that you've saved your MosBackups onto the hard disc - not
a terribly clever thing to do really)
Further assistance may be available at

For Sgt. Owens, its one and only purpose is that if some or all of
your present profile is lost/damaged, you can restore it (eg
Bookmarks, Addresses, etc)

It puts the backup file where you tell it to for pete's sake...

Start the program & LOOK with your eyes at where the default location is.
