This isn't a Word matter -- File Management is a function of the operating
system. Check your Windows Help [click the Desktop then press the F1
function key or select Help from the Start Menu] for instruction on the
use
of Windows Explorer as well as subjects such as Move or Copy Files, Create
New Folders, etc.
