Moving the Task Bar ?

Its always been at the bottom of the screen, but now
showing on the right side (vertically)?

Can you help move the Task Bar back to the bottom
(horizontally)under the window again?

Right click on the taskbar to make sure that it isn't locked.
Then drag it back to the bottom.
