Moving the "Shared Documents" folder.

I'm running out of space on C:, how can I move
the "Shared Documents" (music, video, etc) folders to
another partition? I can move "My Documents" via the
properties window, but I can't find a way to successfully
move any of the special shared folders.

I've tried using tweakui, but that doesn't seem to work.
