Moving the folder "Documents" of "All users" in "documents and settings"

Hello,

I just bought a PC with Windows XP Home Edition. I have
partitioned the 120 Gb hard drive into 3, one for system
(C:), one for programs (D:), one for data (E:). I already
moved all the "My documents" folder of each user to the D:
drive, by logging with each user, right click on "My
documents" then "Move" (If I well remember how I did it).

I tried to use, without success, the same method for the
share "Documents" folder, which is located under Documents
and Settings/All users. The problem is that you can not
loggin as "All users".

I also tried to use TweakUI (Microsoft Powertoys), where
there is a function to move System folders, but it didn't
work either.

Does somebody have an idea how to do so ?

Thank you for your help.

The 'Documents and Settings' folder, including 'All Users' and 'Default
User' (it's hidden) are Windows system directories--not to mention there are
many programs that you install the rely on these directories for placing
icons on the desktop and start menu. Typically, newly installed programs
place shortcuts for the desktop and start menu in the 'All Users' profile.

Thanks for your help.
I don't want to move the whole "All users" folder, with
all sub directories but just the "Documents" one. This
directory is supposed to contain shared documents for all
users. In my backup strategy, these files should be under
E: and not C:. That's why I want to move it to E:.
I saw in my personal registry, a key called :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Explorer\Shell Folders\Common Documents.
What if I change this key to my new value ?
