Moving the "Documents and Settings" folder to another Disk

I have to move the "Documents and Settings" folder to
another Disk so that user data is not taking up space on
the system disk. How do I go about it. I wouldn't mind
being referred to knowledge base articles, I just can't
come up with the keywords to find it.
