moving start/task bar to go accross bottom of screen not up side

i dont know how to move my start menu & taskbar to go along bottom of screen instead of side?
 
Hi

Drag back to the bottom of the screen with the left mouse button, then right
click it and select 'Lock the Taskbar'.
