moving .pst files to new computer

Is there any way to attach the .pst file to a email to
move it to a newer replacement computer???

Several choices:

1) If it's small enough, copy it to a diskette and load it from there to the
new computer's HD. Open it in Outlook with File>Open.
2) If the old PC had a CD burner, copy to a CD, load it from there to the
new computer's HD and remove the Read-only attribute. Open it in Outlook
with File>Open
3) Remove the HD from the old PC and install it in the new PC. Copy the
..pst from the old HD to the new HD. Remove the old HD. Open it in Outlook
with File>Open.

This last is what I'd choose.
