Moving Program Files

I just purchased a much larger HD, and I have used the
files and setting transfer wizard to move a lot of data
to the new drive. Is there an easy way to move the
Program Files folder to the new drive?
 
Programs cannot be moved....they must be reinstalled
using the original installation media.
