Moving Outlook

I'm trying to move Outlook 2002 (all files from old machine) to a new machine via a transfer wizard everything off the old compter transfered fine EXCEPT the Outlook. The old unit had MS2000 and the new is XP with outlook express. How can I get this on to the new machine? It was pre loaded on the old machine and I have no CD.
 
Copy OL pst file from old to cd, then copy frm cd to hd, ensure read only
flag is off.
Then in Express import the OL pst (Import from Outlook)
