I have recently purchased a new PC and need to move my
registered copy from the old PC to the new.
Outlook2002 is running on the new PC but will stop
working after 30 or so launches.

How do I de register the old PC and reregister on the new
one?

You say that Outlook 2002 is on a new computer? Has the
computer been on the shelf for that long?

If you have a full retail copy of Outlook 2002 on the old machine and are
legally allowed to move it to the new machine (in other words, it's not an
OEM version that is permanently linked to the old PC), you can try the
internet activation method on the second machine and see if it works. If
not, you'll need to call Microsoft Product Support Services and tell them
you're moving to a new PC, and they can activate it for you. Make sure you
remove it completely from the old machine.

.
If you can't register with normal way, you need to call
microsoft register department and tell them you have new
PC and need to register there the software. They will
take you from there.
