Just copy the pst files from the old computer to the new one, create a new
profile and point to the pst file you moved.

I had a lot of difficulty with this too - I'm afraid the interface on
Outlook does not make this very intuitive (and the XP interface is even
worse)!

I found the easiest way to do this is to find the *.pst files in your
computer (they are buried somewhere deep in the bowels of Outlook - use
search to find them). Copy them somewhere (I now keep all *.pst data on an
outlook data folder on my d-drive where I can find it and back it up easily)
and delete the copies in the original folder. Fire up Outlook and it will
beep and groan and say it can't find the data. Then just browse to where the
data is now kept and off you go.
