Moving Outlook Express message files to a new computer

Have upgraded to a new machine and want to move message
files from Outlook Express under Windows 98 to Outlook
Express in XP. No problem with address file but messages
have stumped me. Any advice wil be welcome. I have tried
all the obvious things, I think!
