I recently purchased a new computer with windows XP. My old computer uses windows 98 and I used outlook as my email/calender/contacts. I have at least 50 subfolders in the inbox of my email that has sorted hundreds of emails for me. How can I merge these with the new system?

Secondly, because i did not know how to transfer these emails, i went ahead and set up my new computer, which has been using outlook to download emails, etc. If I can copy the old pst files, will I have to loose all new data or is there a way to just add the old to the new without wiping out all the new calendar items, emails, and contacts

Thanks !

Basically, you will want to simply re-use your old .PST files. Look at the
following two articles for help with this -- one is a primer on Outlook
files, and the other gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook 2002
machine.

Actually my old computer is running on Windows Me - should that be a problem?
