Check the EULA (End-User Licence Agreement) carefully. Software bundled with
a PC is often licenced *only* for use on that PC. If in doubt, consult with
the vendor.
If you are satisfied that a) the EULA permits what you want to do and b) you
have reliable installation media, then yes, you need to install on one PC
and uninstall from the other, unless the EULA gives you permission to
install on more than one PC.
Registration? I haven't registered anything in years, the forms seem to keep
getting longer and you get nothing for your trouble but junk mail. If you
mean activation (which is a separate process from registration) you will be
prompted to activate the software the first time you run it on the new PC.

The spammers and script-kiddies have succeeded in making it impossible for
me to use a real e-mail address in public newsgroups. E-mail replies to
this post will be deleted without being read. Any e-mail claiming to be
from brenreyn at indigo dot ie that is not digitally signed by me with a
GlobalSign digital certificate is a forgery and should be deleted without
being read. Follow-up questions should in general be posted to the
newsgroup, but if you have a good reason to send me e-mail, you'll find
a useable e-mail address at the URL above.
