Moving from Windows Mail to Windows Live

You mean, to Windows Live Mail? Normally that transfer is automatic
when you install Windows Live Mail.

Note that "Windows Live" is a group name for a whole family of programs:

Is there some way to transfer the messages that I have saved in Windows Mail to Windows Live mail? They didn't transfer.
