Moving emails and folders to Windows Mail

Cna anyone tell me how to move folders and emails from one email program
(SquirrelMail) to Windows mail? the import functin does not seem to help me
do this.

You will need to find a SquirrelMail users forum and ask for help.
If SquirrelMail can export to OE format, that would be suitable.
We don't have any SquirrelMail experts here.
