Moving custom outlook forms from one folder to another

Hi

I am having trouble moving custom outlook forms from one public folder
to another. I have a custom outlook task form which users fill out
information regarding a project. I would like them to start filling out
the form in a folder called 'New' for instance. This folder is located
under a main task folder called 'Current'. The two folders would have
the same form with one slight difference. The form in the 'New' folder
would have some custom fields not visible.
When a project goes ahead it would be moved from the 'New' to the
'current' folder. I really want all the information that was input in
the 'New' folder to be carried across into the 'current' folder. The
only difference is now the user would see new fields that were not
visible before.

Unfortunatly, when I try and tell outlook to use different forms in
these different folders and then try to move the tasks I come across
major problems. The form that I try and move will completely revert
back to the standard outlook task form with none of my custom pages.
Then all previous tasks that had been entered in the past will also use
the standard form. I then try to create new forms, but again outlook
will use the standard outlook form even though I have checked the 'only
use the forms listed above' check box in the properties of the folder.
To get things back to normal I have to go into manage forms and delete
the published custom form then re-publish it. Luckily I don't seem to
loose any data by doing this, but it is not something that I want to
risk everyday.

how can I overcome this problem?

Server: Windows Small Business Server 2003 (with exchange)
