Moving contacts from OE to Outlook

Please can anyone tell me if there's a quick way to move (or copy) all my
contacts from Outlook Express into Outlook. There doesn't seem to be a "copy"
option under Edit. Thanks

Tried looking under FILE instead.. for Export?
