Can someone help with the best way to move my address
cook from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002.

http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm gives you complete information on
backup and restore, which is what you are asking about.

If you copy your outlook .pst folder and place it in your
outllok folder on new PC it should contain all Outlook
items. If you just want the Address book you can export
it as a .pst file from the file menue in Outlook, then
import that file into your new outlook.
You can use search to find .pst folder. In W 2000 or XP
it is usually in Docs & settings/user/Local
Settings/App.Data/Microsoft/Outlook.
