Moving Clip Are

When I download clip art that moves, it doesn't move once I download and
insert into my document. No matter what I do, it doesn't move. Does anyone
have the solution to this problem?

Word doesn't support animated GIF format except as a Web page.

And the Web page must be viewed in a browser in order to see the animation.
