Moving calendar and contact from server to laptop

Hi,

I've actually moved my mails direction to local PST file in my laptop now instead of the server so to work offline. How can I copy the Calendar and Contacts from the server to my local Outlook? I've tried copying them and a new Calender1 and Contact1 are being created. Anyway of synchronising to just 1 single calendar and contact?

If you click on the calendar, you can go under:

View/actual view/active dates (sorry my outlook is in german)

than all dates are shown as a list. Than you can select (marked) all dates
and than you can copied all items.

The same with contacts. You can click on the contact folder view/telefonview
and you can also marked all contacts and than you can copied all.

Why don´t you copy the complete calendar folder?
