moving address book from one computer to another

Hello,

My computer died and I have the original disk drive hooked up to my new PC.
I need to know how to transfer my address files from my original disk to the
windows XP pc I just bought.

That depends on the user name you created. For example if a user name is
Bob, then the addresses would be found in a file named Bob.wab which is
located in
C:\Documents and Settings\Bob\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
