Hi , my first dc for my domain was installed on a low spec hardware and I have another dc in the domain which was on a better hardware. Now I want to move the first DC to a new hardware. Any procedure on how to attempt this??

Install the new server as a DC in the existing domain then transfer all FSMO
roles and networking services (DNS, WINS, DHCP) away from the old one if it
held any. Now you can dcpromo the older server back down to a member server
and shut it down.
