Moving a picture and text wrapping

How can I insert a frame into a paragraph and have the text wrap around it?
The command in older versions was Insert frame. I am running Office 2003

Hi Buttons,

The frame is still available. There's a button for it on the Forms toolbar,
or you can add the InsertFrame command to the menu by using the Tools >
Customize dialog

But you don't need a frame to make text wrap around a picture; all you need
to do is select a wrapping style for the picture itself, other than In-line.
