Movie Maker Won't Run

I have downloaded Movie Maker 2 but cannot get it to run,
every time I launch it I get an error message 'Error
signature. App Name: Moviemk.exe App Ver:2.0.3312.0
ModName:gdiplus.dll ModVer:5.1.3010.0 Offset:000f635a. I
think it has to do with a difference in the dll, any
ideas?
