Movie Maker Problem

Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem of Movie Maker
closing when I try to apply "effects" to a clip?

I am having the same issues. Every time I try to add
anything, the program shuts down.

Have you heard of any fixes? Maybe the processing power or
RAM??

If you have "DivX total pack 1.3" installed on your
computer, movie maker vil close if you try to apply video
effects or video Transitions

The same thing happens to me hen I try to add effects or

titles. However, I don't know to fix it. SOmeone help
us out!!
 
Had the same problem...found the fix...here it is.

1. Serach for a file named divxaf.ax
2. Re name the file divxaf2.ax
3. Restart Movie Maker 2.
4. It should now work!
