movie maker 2 effects problem

hi, i have more of a query rather than a problem; in mm2
the video effects named 1. film age, old and 2. film age
older. film age old is a nice effect but it seems to have
a lot of snow, which isnt even realistic, the film age
older effect is nicer but its too jerky... is there
anyway i can get an intermediate of the two? or maybe
just a cleaner version of the first one. help please,
need urgently.

secondly, is there anyway i can download or add
additional video effects to the mm2?

If you want to dive into the development of a custom effect to get 1/2 way
between the two, you might be able to do it... I don't know anyone working
on that particular one at the moment.
