is it possible to move the mails from netscape to outlook?
If yes, what is the way? Thanks a lot!

in that case you have to use Netscape 4.x or Eudora as an intermediary.
Install either, and copy the mail files from Netscape 6 or 7 into the new
installation. (Only the ones WITHOUT the extension - the others are index
files). Fire up your new mail client and open each file. This will build the
new index files. Close the client, and you should then be able to import.
