Move Start bar/menu

Hi

My Start bar/Menu is now in the left side of my screen, and for any reason, when I tryed to drag it to the bottom it doesn´t work (the toolbar is not locked).

Is there any other way to move it to the bottom of the screen (registry entry, etc..) ?

What part of the taskbar are you dragging and drop. If you're doing it in
the Quick Launch portion, it won't work. Try dragging and dropping the clock
instead.

If that doesn't work, try:
- hit Ctrl+Esc
- hit Esc
- hit Alt+Space
- hit M
- use your cursor to move the taskbar, and then click to let go
