move Int Expl and Outlook Exp stuff

How do I move the Outlook Express 1)personal Folders and
2)saved emails to a new w'xp system? And How do I move
Internet explorer favorite sites to a new system? I'm
upgrading from w'98 to w'xp and a new pc.
 
Favorites is just a folder on your hard drive. It can be copied and moved
like any other. Don't know about the other two.
