Our notebook computer is running both Windows ME and XP
Pro. We need to move the files that are on the ME side to
the XP Pro side. What is the best way to do this?
Thank you very much.

One way is to "burn" ME files to either a CD-R or CD-RW if you have the
capability. A CD holds up to 700 MB (actually a bit less). Then copy/paste
from CD to XP folders as desired. I didn't; alternate plan B was onto lots
of floppies. Look for faster and easier ideas as I'm not familiar with ME
at all.

XP will be able to see and access all of the files under ME. SO, unless you
want duplicate copies of these files, just navigate to wherever they are,
and you'll have them.

If you want duplicate copies, from XP, navigate to wherever they files are
on your ME partition and select the files. On the left, you should see the
menu that will offer copying the files. Choose that. Then a small window
will pop up showing your directory structure. Figure out where you want
them, and choose that.
