I would like 'a rule' to move emails that have had no reply within 5 days to
a specific folder. Have looked at rules but can't seem to find anything.

any help muchly appreciated

Not possible as rules only work when send/receiving messages or when ran
manually.

You can set a reminder on the messages and you can create a Search Folder or
a custom view to show only the flagged items that still haven't been marked
as completed yet.

There are also more sophisticated "follow-up reminder" addins which you can
use for this such as;

http://addins.howto-outlook.com/sperry_followupreminder
Use BH93RF24 to get a discount when ordering

http://addins.howto-outlook.com/mapilab_followup
Use 4PM76A8 to get a discount when ordering

Thanks Roady

How do I set a reminder that will flag any email over five days with no
response.

I will try this today but just in case I fail could you please explain.

Will also look at the below links

Instructions depend a bit on your version of Outlook but right clicking the
message in the message list and choosing Follow Up->Add Reminder... will
work for any version of Outlook (although it might not be the most practical
way of doing it).

You can also do this by setting an outgoing message rule.

Either way, the reminders are not "self-aware", meaning you'll have to mark
them as completed when you receive a reply. The mentioned addins in that
sense are self aware.
