Move Control with Scroll

Excel 2003
I have a long worksheet with a ControlButton on it,
located near the start of the WorksheetSheet.
If I scroll down, the control stays where it is and soon disappears from
sight.

How can I make the CB move with the sheet, so that It is always visible?

Thanks Garry's student.
Using a toolbar on the worksheet is the answer.
It moves with the scroll.
