Move computers between OUs - how to do it

I want to allow some support staff to move computers from
certain OUs. Any idea how it can be achieved?

Support staff will need to have the following permissions:

"Delete computer objects" on the source OU
"Create computer objects" and "Full control to computer objects" on the
target OU.

You can set this permissions using Delegation wizard, as Cary suggested.
