mov. format "Quicktime Apple" into Power Point

Can someone please tell me how to download a video that I
took on my digital camera onto Power Point. The format
for the video is mov. (an apple format). I am not a
computer wize by far and would need some detailed
instructions. Thanks for your help

Using Apple QuickTime convert the file to a standard PC format like AVI or
MPEG.
