Mouse scroll not working

I've a problem with Windows Vista RC1: my standard PS2 mouse doesn't work
fine... I'm able to scroll down but not up (e.g. in a Web page) and the same
is for zoom: holding CTRL key I'm able to zooming out but not in.
I'm using Windows Vista embedded drivers...
Any idea?

Hello, does the mouse function properly on Windows XP for example?
