mouse right click create new folder

on right click of mouse on desktop or in explorer window
new menu is not getting displayed
and unable to create new folder , refresh,proporties menu
not getting displayed
and ineed to create a folder on right click of mouse
but menu not getting diplayed
is this something wrong with registry file under
hkey_classes_root /directory......... something
 
Hi,

Have you installed any applications before this symptom appeared?
Have you tried to use the restore feature to roll back the OS?

Just a simple point, but have you checked if the right mouse button i
working? - test it in Control Panel/mouse
*on right click of mouse on desktop or in explorer window
