I would appriciate if somebody could tell me how to
modify menu, appeared when you click right botton of the
mouse.

The unpleasant menu items appear when I Would like to
make a copy of an internet window, pressing right botton -
links to the porno sites appear in the menu!!! I want to
rid them off!!!! Please, help! How to block this porno
site?

I'm assuming that you're talking about the context menus in Internet
Explorer. Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Each subkey under this branch represents a right click option in Internet
Explorer. Locate the appropriate subkey, right click it and select Delete.

You can remove a right-click context menu option in Internet Explorer using
these steps:

Removal Tool:
~~~~~~~~~~
ToolbarCop:
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe
Manual Procedure as suggested by MVP Doug Knox.
Also, this indicates you probably have some sort of spyware/malware on
your system. Remove it with Spybot Search & Destroy and/or Ad-aware.
