Mouse issue

i got a problem in xp

In certain games , f.ex uplink i cannot click on the
animated buttons i can not click on the lines to put my
name in. I can not check my G.mail account, couse the
clickz dont get noticed by anything. When i use tab it
does fix some related problems but mostely i need to use
my mouse to click. Also when i tried to set my ftp up i
could not check the boxes or click on anything. in
certain games i can not even click on the menu lines.
this really annoys me. Please help me and if you need
more info i can post the wanted info

I am wondering if you have Java installed? Check
http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp and make sure you have
installed the latest version of Java.
