Mounted volume

I have a mounted volume 'E' under C: drive. I dont know
how it was created. but, when i open the E by double
clicking, it shows all the files and folders under C:
including E itself again. This continues infinitely as
C:\E\E\E\E\E ... has all the files under C:
i want to remove this mounted volume..
