Motorola / Mercury modem driver download SM56 PCI Windows XP

I have a Mercury / Motorola internal modem SM56 PCI that
is working with won 98 but not functioning with win XP.
Can somebody help to solve this issue by emailing me the
appropriate driver or advise me where i download it. Guide
me with tips how to make my modem operate.
