Does anyone know how I can get rid of this error msg?
"Motive Smart Bridge has encountered a problem and has to close. Sorry for
the inconvenience"
It keeps coming up, every so often.

Commonly this is a helper application installed by the software for some
ISPs. It is not necessary for Windows to run. May be necessary for some
function of your ISP software. You should inquire with their tech support
about its presence and its purpose.
