Depends on the motherboard.
On some, mostly newer Bios's, it's actually shown within the Bios, Asrock and Asus do this atm.
However, if it's not there, it will be displayed briefly on boot at the startup screen. You may have to boot several times to make a note of it, it's usually positioned at the top of the screen somewhere.
