Anyone know if Quarterdeck Mosaic is dead? I can't see anything beyond
the prog for Win95.

Quarterdeck itself is dead, AFAIK. Was taken over/absorbed by Symantec
Corporation some years ago.

Agreed. The only app of theirs I remember is Cleansweep, which is Norton
now.

Bunch of bloody newbies - somewhere I still have a 5 1/4 inch diskette
of QEMM, the "Quarterdeck Expanded Memory Manager"... (For that matter,
I still have diskettes of DESQView and DESQView/X...)

I still run Quarterdeck's ZipIt on my poweruser WFW box <G>

I don't think I've even got a machine that they will run on! (But there
is a 5 1/4 inch drive in the parts box... Maybe it works, maybe it
doesn't :-))

Who was it that published Magellan, a great DOS file manager, was it
Quarterdeck, Lotus?????

Didn't Quarterdeck publish progams to maximize the use of dos' old 640 limit
so that you effectively got 720
