mortgage loan calculator template

Anyone know how to fix the mortgage loan template on the msn website so that
when you enter a start month the schedule actually starts from that month.

Doing an MSN search of the MSN site did not find any mortgage templates. The
Microsoft website had many templates. The one I tried started the payments in
the month entered.

If you could tell us which template you are using it will be easier to help you
out.
